Cancellation

This is in addition to any retained commission below. 

Commission retention

  Varies

If an insurance policy is cancelled after the 14th day, we will retain the commission earned from the sale of the policy.   The amount is dependent on the annual premium and the insurer.

Duplicate documents

If more than one document is requested at the same time, only one charge will be made.

Sat Nav and Box related charges

These charges are in addition to the standard admin fees mentioned above

First Year: Sat Nav, GPS Box, installation and annual monitoring

The GPS Box and sat nav charge is non-refundable after 14 days of cover.

Box decommission charge

Decommission = removal of box.  £NIL if at anniversary / £100 at all other times.

Change of vehicle box transfer cost

£100 regardless of whether the vehicle is at the same or different location.

Failure to attend engineers appointment

Equivalent to 40.8% APR over 9 instalments (year one) or 43.2% if spread over 10 instalments (all subsequent years i.e. at renewal).

Credit Card Payment

  2% of the total   amount payable
