Digital Radio As Standard... Yes Please!

Volkswagon, the German car manufacturer is set to roll out digital radios in almost all of its UK models, car insurance holders could be interested to hear.
From next year senior Volkswagon staff have said that all but one car model will have a hi-tech digital radio kit, allowing for crystal clear radio reception with a wide variety of stations unavailable to standard radio users.
The digital radio is also expected to sport MP3 player connectivity, six-speaker minimum sound system and a CD player.
The company statement read:
“Digital radio not only offers listeners clear, crackle-free sound, but it also gives them a bigger choice of radio stations than is available through conventional FM or AM broadcasts alone. Listening options range from specialist music stations to comedy, current affairs and, of course, the all-important cricket coverage.”
